Bring your own mat, water bottle, etc. All outdoor classes are weather permitting.

*These classes will be held in our downstairs Aerobics Studio. There will be 10 feet of space between each person. Space will be limited.

**NEW CLASS: SoulBody UnHitched is a 45-minute group exercise barre class that is a blend of HIIT and body weight training using a body bar, weights and a mat. 

***NEW CLASS: RevFit (Revelation Fitness) is a workout that starts with a Scripture inspiration for the warm-up, continues with strength and cardio intervals to music, and ends with a refreshing time of prayer and deep breathing.
