  • 9 am Indoor Water Aerobics with Chip
  • 10 am Cardio Strength with Elyse in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 10 am Outdoor Cardio Strength Class with Heather (meets in the back parking lot)
  • 4:15 pm HIIT with Jennifer in the Aerobics Studio*

Tuesday:

  • 8:45 am Cycle with Erin in the Cycle Studio (only 6 people permitted) 
  • 9 am POUND with Lauren in the Aerobics Studio* 
  • 9 am Water Tabata with Sandi
  • 10 am Yoga with Julia in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 6 pm Bootcamp with Brad

Wednesday:

  • 6:15 am HIIT with Kasey in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 8:15 am Indoor Deep Water Aerobics with Chip
  • 9 am Pilates with Elyse in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 9 am Outdoor Water Aerobics with Chip
  • 10 am Outdoor Cardio Strength Class with Elyse (meets in the back parking lot)
  • 5:30 pm Cardio Fit with Jane

Thursday:

  • 9:15 am Yin Yoga with Julia in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 6 pm Bootcamp with Brad

Friday:

  • 9 am Shallow Water Aerobics with Marge 
  • 9 am Pilates with Shonda in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 10 am Weights and Cardio with Elyse in the Aerobics Studio*

Saturday:

  • 9 am Barre with Jill in the Aerobics Studio* 
  • 10 am POUND with Jill in the Aerobics Studio* 

Bring your own mat, water bottle, etc. All outdoor classes are weather permitting.

*These classes will be held in our downstairs Aerobics Studio. There will be 10 feet of space between each person. Space will be limited.
