Group Exercise

Our pool heaters are down. We are working to fix them ASAP. All water aerobics classes have been canceled until Monday, April 19th. We expect the heaters to be up and running by this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The following classes will be held in the Youth Room on Thursday, April 8th and Friday, April 9th:

  • 9 am: Aqua Free Style with Chip
  • 10 am: Low Impact Cardio Strength Class with Elyse in the New Gym
  • 5:30 pm: Cardio Strength / Step with Jane in the Aerobics Studio*

Thursday:

  • 9 am: Aqua Tabata with Sandi
  • 10 am: Yin Yoga with Julia in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 6 pm: Outdoor Bootcamp with Brad

Friday:

  • 9 am: Aqua Free Style with Marge
  • 9:30 am: Chisel & Burn with Elyse in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 10 am: Low Impact Cardio Strength Class with Vivian in the New Gym
  • 10:30 am: Flex & Flow (a stretch class) with Raquel in the Aerobics Studio*
  • 10:30 am: Stretch Flow with Vivian in the New Gym

Saturday:

  • 9 am: Barre with Jill in the Aerobics Studio* 
  • 10 am: POUND with Jill in the Aerobics Studio* 

Bring your own mat, water bottle, etc. All outdoor classes are weather permitting.

*These classes will be held in our downstairs Aerobics Studio. There will be 10 feet of space between each person. Space will be limited.
