- 10:30 am: Flex & Flow (a stretch class) with Raquel in the Aerobics Studio* (30 minute class)

Bring your own mat, water bottle, etc. All outdoor classes are weather permitting.
*These classes will be held in our downstairs Aerobics Studio. There will be 10 feet of space between each person. Space will be limited.
