January 22 - Meet and Greet

January 29 - Weights and Cardio with Elyse and Heather
Working the total body using weights, the body’s own resistance, bands and mini exercise balls. 

February 5 - Breath Align Movement with Raquel
Build endurance and flexibility while becoming more aware of body alignment using various Yoga poses.

February 12 - Balance and Stability with Vivian

February 19 - Nutrition with Cory

February 26 - Treadmill with Elyse and Heather

March 4 - Yoga with Nicole

March 11 - POUND® with Elyse and Heather
POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session using light resistance with constant drumming. 

March 18 - Shallow Water Aerobics with Sandi

March 25 - Cycle with Vivian
Experience cycling using stationary cycles with music to inspire a great workout. This is a non-impact class for all fitness levels.
