Introducing Generation POUND!

February 11th - April 25th


We are excited to bring this workout class to the Y! Generation POUND takes the traditional POUND workout and modifies it for kids. It's a fun way for your child to stay active! 

About the class:

  • This class will take place in the YMCA Youth Room
  • Ages 7 to 12
  • Mondays and Thursdays from February 11th to April 25th
  • 5 pm - 5:40 pm
  • This is a 40 minute class - parents can drop their children off 10 minutes before class and must return to pick them up 10 minutes before class ends
  • Free for YMCA members; $5 for non-members
  • Register at the Y
