ARTHRITIS WATER CLASS

These classes are for members at no extra fee. Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Participants are led by trained personnel through a series of specially designed activities, which, with the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance, can help improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. Please Note: the YMCA's indoor pool is not a therapy pool. We try to maintain a pool temperature of 85 degrees. This temperature is a happy balance between our Active Older Adult population and our lap swimmers.
